If there are many Phonebook entries
it is best to assign them to a group,
e.g.:
A special melody can sound (p. 57)
and/or a symbol can be displayed
(p. 22) if the phone number of a call
is registered in a group.

Press Phonebook twice
(in standby mode).

Select group.
Press. All entries of the
selected group are dis-
played.
The following functions are applied
to the group or all entries of a group:
Open menu.
Normally a group is assigned to a
Phonebook entry when it is entered
(p. 16).To change the group assign-
ment or to assign to a group later:
When the Phonebook is open:

Select entry.
Press.
Press.

Select Group.
Press and select a
new group.
Confirm assignment.
