OPEN/CLOSE THE POWER LIFTGATE
Press the
Power
Liftgate button on the
Remote Keyless Entry
transmitter (key fob)
twice to open or close.
Press the
Power
Liftgate button (A) on
the driver's door panel
to open or close.
Press the lower part of
the rear Cadillac Crest
to open.
Press the button (B)
next to the liftgate
latch to close.
HANDS-FREE
OPERATION
To open or close the
liftgate hands-free, kick
your foot straight
under the left side of
the rear bumper. The
RKE transmitter must
be within 3 feet of the
liftgate. The Cadillac
logo is projected on the
ground near the rear
bumper, indicating the
kicking motion location.
The logo is shown for 1
minute, depending on
operating conditions.

PROGRAMMING THE LIFTGATE HEIGHT
1. Open the liftgate. Adjust it manually to the desired height.
2. To save the setting, press and hold the button (B) next to
the liftgate latch until the turn signals flash and a beep
sounds.

The power sunshade
controls for the glass
roof are located on the
overhead console.
Press and release the
Sunshade Open
switch to express-open
the sunshade. Press
the switch again to
stop the sunshade.
Press and release the
express-close the sunshade. Press the switch again to stop
the sunshade.

H O O D O P E N I N G
The hood release handle is located under the left side of the
instrument panel.
1. With the driver's door open, pull and release the handle, and
then pull the handle again to open the hood.
2. Lift the hood at the front of the vehicle.
