Note: Your phone supports microSD cards up to 1TB. Use a Class 10 (or
higher) microSD card for best results.
Format a memory card
Insert the microSD card into your phone (see
cards).
Caution: Do not use your computer to format the microSD card.
1 On your phone, swipe up from the home screen and tap
Storage. Then tap the microSD card name.
2 Tap Menu > Format > Format SD card.
Caution: Formatting a microSD card will erase any files on the card.
Move files to a memory card
To move files to a microSD card:
1 Swipe up from the home screen and tap
tap the microSD card name.
2 Touch and hold a folder or a particular item, then tap Menu > Move
to....
Remove a memory card
To unmount your microSD card (so you can take it out of your phone),
swipe up from the home screen and tap
microSD card name, then tap Menu > Eject.
Caution: Do not remove a microSD card while your phone is using it or
writing files to it.

Airplane mode

Use airplane mode to turn off all your wireless connections—useful when
flying. Swipe the status bar down and tap
Note: When you select airplane mode, all wireless services are disabled.
You can then turn Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth power back on, if permitted by
your airline. Other wireless voice and data services (such as calls and text
messages) remain off in airplane mode. Emergency calls to your region's
emergency number can still be made.

Mobile network

You should not need to change any network settings. Contact your
service provider for help.
To see network settings options, swipe up from the home screen and tap
 Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network.
Connect, share, pay & sync
Insert the SIM and microSD
Settings > Storage, then
Settings > Storage. Tap the
Airplane mode.
