HOW TO US E
This product is for household use only.
This unit is for household use and can be plugged into a standard electric outlet.
It easily prepares sauces, salad dressings, mayonnaise, baby foods and a variety
of cold drinks. It can be used in nonstick pans without scratching the nonstick
surface.
G ET T I N G STA RTE D
• Remove all packing material, any stickers from the product, and the
plastic band around the plug.
• Remove and save literature.
• Please visit www.prodprotect.com/blackanddecker to register your
warranty.
• Wash all removable parts as instructed in the CARE AND CLEANING
section of this manual.
BLENDING AND WHISK ATTACHMENT
1. To attach the blending or whisk attachment, push
attachment onto the handle and twist clockwise until the
arrow (▼) on the handle aligns with the lock ( ) symbol
on the attachment (A).
2. To remove attachment, twist the attachment counter
clockwise until the arrow (▼) on the handle aligns with unlock
(
) symbol on the attachment (B).

1. Plug unit into a standard electric outlet.
2. Grasp the handle and insert the immersion blender into
the mixture.
3. Press the desired speed switch Low/High (I/II) to turn on
the blender (C). It will keep running as long as the switch
is pressed.
Note: During use, it is normal for suction to increase at the
bottom of the container.
4. When blending is complete, release the speed switch
before removing unit from the mixture.
5. Unplug unit immediately after use.
6. The recommended time of use for the blender, with two
speeds, is 2 minutes of continuous use.
7. Product Speeds are as follows: Low speed (I) average 20,000 RPM, high
speed (II) average 25,000 RPM.
8. Always unplug the appliance when not in use.
USING WHISK ATTACHMENT
This attachment can be used for whipping cream, beating eggs and egg whites.
