MAINTENANCE

• Periodically, inspect the commode for damaged or loose
components, and ensure that all parts are secure.
• Check that there are no obstructions to normal, safe
operation.
• To maintain appearance and good hygiene, clean
periodically with mild soap and rinse with warm water.
• Wipe bath seat dry after each use.
NOTE: If any part or mechanism appears to be unsafe or
damaged, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT. If you experience
problems, please contact Medline at 1-800-MEDLINE.
ASSEMBLY:
1. Before assembling seat and
lid, allow toilet seat and lid
to reach room temperature
if exposed to cold. This will
help prevent the seat and lid
clamps from cracking while
being assembled.
2. Align the toilet seat clamps
onto the back frame rail.
(Both clamps should sit
outside the pail brackets).
Push down on seat until
clamps snap firmly into
place over frame rail.
3. Repeat the same process
for the lid. Note: (G1-202EX4
and G1-202ELX4 do not
come with lid)
4. When removing the seat
or lid, always remove lid
first and then the seat. To
remove, grasp the back of
the lid and/or seat and lift.
5. Install commode bucket by
dropping into bucket frame.
