Protection against theft

Your phone is identified by a device serial number, known as an
IMEI, shown on the packaging label and in the phone's memory.
An IMEI is a unique number used to identify your device. This
number can be accessed by dialing *#06# on the keypad. You
are recommended to note this number and save it. If your phone
is stolen, the IMEI may be requested by the police or your
service provider to locate and block your device, even with a
different SIM card.
