Tefal Troubleshooting
Problems
If opening and/or
closing becomes difficult:
If you cannot close
the lid:

has been heated under

Recommendations
Remove the seal, and run it under water
Put it back in the lid without drying it
Check that the lid handle is in the vertical position.
Check that the seal is positioned correctly (see
"Cleaning and maintenance" section).
Check that the lid is correctly positioned as shown
in

Consult a Tefal approved service centre.

to escape before cooking.

- The quantity of liquid in the body is sufficient.
- The heat source is strong enough, otherwise increase it.

If it persists, run cold water in your sink and immerse
