Program the selected track or
file.
Press ENTER to enter the selected
track or file.
CD
"– –.– –" appears when the total
program time exceeds 100 minutes for
a CD or when you select an MP3 file.
USB
The total program time cannot be
displayed, so "– –.– –" appears.

Repeat steps 3 through 4 to
program additional tracks or
files, up to a total of 25 tracks or
files.

To play your program of tracks
or files, press N.
The program remains available until
you open the disc tray. To play the
same program again, select the CD
function, and then press N.
To cancel Program Play
Press PLAY MODE repeatedly until
"PGM" disappears while the player is
stopped.
To delete the last track or file of the
program
Press CLEAR while the player is stopped.
To view program information, such
as total track number of the program
Press DISPLAY repeatedly.
Using optional audio
components

Prepare the sound source.
Connect additional audio component
to the DVD/PC IN L/R jacks on the
unit using an audio analog cord (not
supplied).

Adjust the volume level to
minimum.
Press VOLUME – repeatedly (or turn
the VOLUME control on the unit) until
"VOL MIN" appears on the display.

Select the PC function.
Press FUNCTION repeatedly.

Start playback.
Start playback of the connected
component and adjust the volume.
Notes
• The system may enter standby mode
automatically if the volume level of the
connected component is too low. Adjust the
component's volume accordingly. See "To
turn off the automatic standby function"
(page 27).
• Make sure to turn down the volume to
minimum level before connecting or
disconnecting an audio component.
Otherwise, noise may be generated, the
system may malfunction, or "PROTECT"
may appear on the display (page 22).
