    About lead free solder (PbF) Note: Lead is listed as (Pb) in the periodic table of elements. In the information below, Pb will refer to Lead solder, and PbF will refer to Lead Free Solder.     Service Hints How to remove the backcover Remove the 4 caps, the 11 fixing screws and the bottom ornament cover.   • Page 8 Service Hints Preparation of replacement of LCD panel Please follow the procedure screwing. Remove foils from panel frame. Remove fixing tapes from panel wires. Lay the LCD Panel on the Cushion front (TPD0E50981). Put the Rear Panels (Left, Right and Top) on the LCD panel. Fix the Rear Panel T and Rear Panel L/R on the LCD panel by screws.
  • Page 9 Service Hints Information about the direction of screwing metal brackets and PCB. PCB screws and metal bracket screws are each located in different directions. (see Fig.12) for PCB : The direction is perpendicular to the PCB. (refer to red colored arrows). for the metal bracket and cabinet : Parallel to the Z-axis.
