2. Spout Installation

Slide the gasket over the spout shank and to the underside of the
spout base.
Place the spout shank through the sink.
NOTE: Plumbers putty or other sealant may be used instead of the
gasket provided. Apply the plumbers putty or other sealant
according the manufacturer's instructions.
Position the metal washer to the spout shank from under the
sink.
Secure the spout shank with the nut.
Attach the other end of the spout hose from the remote valve to
the spout shank.
Remove any excess putty or sealant.
