1. REMOVAL OF MECHANICAL PARTS
AND P.C. BOARDS
CAUTION
•
Parts removal shuld be perform in clean room cause
the unit will be derogate by dust.
•
Be careful not to remove the LVDS cable forcibly, because
the LVDS cable may be damaged.
•
To wear the gloves each time.
1-1: STAND ASS'Y (Refer to Fig. 1-1)
1. Remove the 3 screws (1).
2. Remove the Stand Ass'y in the direction of arrow.

1-2: COVER BACK ASS'Y (Refer to Fig. 1-2)
1. Remove the 9 screws (1).
2. Remove the Cover Back Ass'y in the direction of arrow.

OPERATION PCB (Refer to Fig. 1-3)
1. Remove the 8 screws (1).
2. Remove the Speaker Box Ass'y in the direction of
arrow (A).
3. Disconnect the following connectors :
CD6201 and CD6207).
4. Unlock the 2 supports (2).
5. Remove the Remocon PCB in the direction of arrow (B).
6. Unlock the support (3).
7. Remove the Operation PCB in the direction of arrow (C).

1-4: MAIN UNIT (Refer to Fig. 1-4)
1. Disconnect the following connectors:
(CN12 and CD3003).
2. Remove the 4 screws (1).
3. Remove the Main Unit in the direction of arrow (A).
4. Remove the Plate Jack in the direction of arrow (B).
