Pairing with a Mobile AP Device
Activate Wi-Fi on the connecting device.
1.
Locate the Galaxy Tab_# # # # device and connect.
2.
The paired device can use the internet with Mobile AP.
Note: Activating Wi-Fi and connection procedures differ, depending on the
type of device connecting to the tablet.
Adding a Wi-Fi Network
From the Home screen, touch

Wi-Fi settings.
Touch Wi-Fi to turn it on.

Touch Add Wi-Fi network.

Enter the SSID (Service Set Identifier) and Security settings

then touch Save.
Note: An SSID is a unique key which identifies a wireless LAN. Its purpose is
to stop other wireless equipment from accessing your LAN — whether
accidentally or intentionally. To communicate, wireless devices must
be configured with the same SSID.

Activating the Device Name
In this menu you can activate Bluetooth, view or assign a device
name, activate your tablet so other Bluetooth devices can
discover it, or scan for other, available Bluetooth devices with
which to pair.
From the Home screen, touch

Bluetooth settings and touch Bluetooth to
turn it on.
Note: Bluetooth must be enabled prior to use.
