This power supply cord contains state-of-the-art electronics that sense leakage current. If the cord is damaged and leakage occurs, power will be disconnected from the unit.

    SET UP & USE WATER DRAINAGE Draining in Cooling Mode. This air conditioner is equipped with auto water evaporation so the water compartment would not typically fill in cooling mode unless there is high humidity. Water drainage will generally only be required at the end of the season (see START-END OF SEASON OPERATIONS in cooling mode.) NOTE: As a safety measure to positively prevent water spillage the air conditioner is equipped with a fail safe device if the water tank fills.
