* Tension settings are effected by
1) Type and thickness of fabric
2) Needle size
3) Size, type and fiber content of thread

OVERLOOK MOCK SAFETY STITCH
* When the upper looper thread lies on the under
side of the fabric
— Turn the upper looper thread tension dial
(orange) to a higher number
— Or turn lower looper thread tension dial (yel
low) to a lower number.
* When the lower looper thread appears on the top
of the fabric
— Turn lower looper thread tension dial (yellow)
toward a higher number
— Or turn the upper looper thread tension dial
(orange) toward a lower number.
* When the left needle thread tension is too loose
— Turn the left needle thread tension dial (blue)
toward a higher number.
* When the right needle thread tension is too loose
— Turn the right needle thread tension dial
(green) toward a higher number.
