Problem
The ready to flash
light blinks
orange and all 5
intensity lights
are blinking
green.
The ready to flash
light does not
light up green.
The device
produces a
strange smell.
Possible cause
The device needs
to be reset.
The device is not
completely in
contact with your
skin.
The light exit
window or the skin
tone sensor is dirty.
You have not
removed the hairs
on the area to be
treated properly.
These hairs may
get burned and can
cause the smell.

Solution
To reset the device take
the plug out of the socket,
wait for 30 minutes to let
the device cool down. The
device should function
normally again. In case it
doesn't work again, contact
the Consumer Care Center
in your country.
Place the device at a 90
degree angle on the skin
so that the integrated
safety system in in contact
with your skin.
Clean the light exit window
and the skin tone
sensor carefully.
Pretreat your skin before
you use Lumea.
