    NFORMATION Useful Tips  Troubleshooting Symptom The power will not stay on. The device turns off by itself while in operation. Cannot charge the battery. Cannot record. Cannot playback. Picture poor. The distorted picture has been recorded (or played back). The device doesn't recognize the microSD / microSDHC card.
