Replacing the P6's PCBA Without

Removing the Battery

Follow steps 1 to 17 in Chapter 7 to disassemble the phone. Then remove the two screws indicated by the

boxes in Figure 1.

1.Pry the GPS antenna rack and bend it for 90 degrees along the turning line shown in Figure

a. Use tweezers to gently pry the fifth clip on the left of the GPS antenna rack. Apply force in the Z direction.

b. Use tweezers to gently pry the fourth clip on the right of the GPS antenna rack. Apply force gently downward

and then pry the clip upward.

c. Use tweezers to gently pry the third clip on the left of the GPS antenna rack. Apply force from the inside of the

front cover.

d. Bend the GPS antenna rack along the turning line (indicated by the red line in Figure 4) for 90 degrees.

Note: The GPS antenna rack can be bent only twice. If bent for the third time, the GPS antenna rack must be

scrapped together with the battery.
