service centre. This feature is only
available if and when LG makes
the newer version of the firmware
available for your device.
As the mobile phone firmware update
requires the user's full attention for
the duration of the update process,
please make sure to check all
instructions and notes that appear at
each step before proceeding. Please
note that removing the USB data
cable or battery during the upgrade
may seriously damage your mobile
phone.
NOTE: LG reserves the right to make
firmware updates available only for
selective models at its own discretion
and does not guarantee the
availability of the newer version of
the firmware for all handset models.

Sync your phone with
your computer
You can use the LG PC Suite to
sync Outlook contacts and calendar
between your computer and your
phone, and can use to update your
phone firmware with latest version.
Installing the LG PC Suite
Use the LG PC Suite installer pre-
loaded in the phone memory.

Connect your phone to your
computer using the USB cable
that came with your phone.

When the 'USB connected'
screen appears on your phone,
tap 'Turn on USB storage' and
select 'OK' to display the 'USB
storage in use' screen.
3 On your computer, the connected
phone is recognised as a
removable disk. Navigate to this
removable disk and open LGE
folder.
