    Key Functions Signal Strength Indicator represents the signal strength by displaying bars. The more bars displayed, the better the signal strength. Softkey Buttons let you select softkey actions or menu items corresponding to the bottom left and right lines on the display screen.

The failure to use a Sprint-approved or manufacturer-approved battery and charger may increase the risk that your phone will overheat, catch fire, or explode, resulting in serious bodily injury, death, or property damage.
  • Page 35 Installing the Battery To install the Li-Ion battery: To install, insert the battery into the opening on the back of the phone and gently press down until the latch snaps into place. Removing the Battery WARNING: Do not handle a damaged or leaking Li-Ion battery as you can be burned.

Keeping track of your battery’s charge is important. If your battery level becomes too low, your phone automatically turns off and you will lose all the information you were just working on.
