    Important Precautions This unit has been engineered and manufactured to ensure your personal safety, however improper use may result in potential electrical shock or fire hazards. In order to allow the proper operation of all safeguards incorporated in this display, observe the following basic rules for its installation, use, and servicing.
  • Page 3 Important Precaautions On Installation Do not allow anything to rest upon or roll over the power cord, and do not place the display where the power cord is subject to damage. Do not use this display near water such as near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool.

    Connecting the Display Before setting up the monitor, ensure that the power to the monitor, the computer system, and other attached devices is turned off. Connecting the stand base Place the monitor with its front facing downward on a cushion or soft cloth. Rotate the Stand Body as shown in figure Assemble the Stand Base(Front, Rear) into the Stand Body in the correct direction.

Press button on the front switch panel to turn the power on.

    Use USB programs Connecting the USB(Universal Serial Bus) Cable Plug in the USB cable as in the diagram. AC-IN D-SUB DVI-D Tidying USB (Universal Serial Bus) Cable Elevate the monitor as far as possible follow the arrow to rotate, and plug the USB cable into the monitor.
  • Page 9 If your computer fails to meet the system requirements, the warning message "DisplayLink Core Software" will be displayed. Press the [OK] button, and continue to install "LG USB Easy Connection" program. Install "LG USB Easy Connection" program as the instruction message says, fully remove the USB cable, and then reboot your computer.
