Deactivating the microphone (mute)

to use certain services as 'Call Waiting' (if this service is
provided by your telephone company); or to transfer phone calls when
you are using a telephone exchange (PABX).

You can program 1 Direct Memory number and 10 indirect memory
numbers (max 16 digits).

11 Caller ID
To use 'Caller ID' (display caller), this service has to be activated on
your phone line. If you don't have the Caller ID subscription on your
phone line, the incoming telephone numbers will NOT be shown on the
display of your telephone.

Setting the Date and Time
When you have a subscription to the Caller ID service and your
telephone provider sends the date and time together with the
telephone number, the phone's clock will be set automatically. To set
the time manually:
In idle mode:

Repeat the previous 2 steps to set the month, hour (12h system)
and minutes
You can now talk freely without the caller hearing
you. The mute icon
You can resume your conversation.
Pick up the handset.
Press the program button
Enter the telephone number. To enter a 3 seconds
pauze between the numbers, press the Redial/
Pauze button (13).
Press Program button followed by the Direct
Memory button M1
Press Program button followed by the number 0-9.
Pick up the handset.
Press M1
Press Memory button followed by the number 0-9.
The phone number will be dialled automatically.
Press and hold the dial button until the day icon is
flashing
Select the day
To confirm and select the month.
Topcom Magio 105
is displayed.
