the AC of 100-240 is normal

Press power key and look
if the picture is normal

Measure U701 PIN2=3.3V
Measure U702 PIN2=1.8V
OK
X201 oscillate waveforms
are normal
OK
Replace U202
Reinsert or check the
NG
Adapter/Inverter
section

Replace U701 or U702
