5. DOWNLOAD

5.1 Introduction

LGMDP is a download tool with capabilities to upload image files to the handset.
LGMDP is desinged to be simple to use and easy enough for the beginner to upload executable
images to the handset. LGMDP supports Windows 2000/XP where the LG (Ver 4.6 or later) USB
modem driver is installed.

5.2 Downloading Procedure

1) Connecting to PC
1. Connect the phone to your desktop PC using the USB cable and run the LGMDP application. Select
a country where the LGMDP will be used. After select the country, click on the "OK" button. The
selected country name will be displayed at the bottom of left corner screen. The user can also select
the country on the "Preferences" under File menu for later usage.
