1030 Battery pack
For access, remove these FRUs in order:
• "1010 Removable module (on select models)" on page 32
• "1020 Base cover" on page 35
DANGER
Only use the battery specified in the parts list for your computer. Any other battery
could ignite or explode.

Detach the battery pack connector in the direction shown by arrow 1. Remove
the battery pack in the direction shown by arrow 2.
When installing: Make sure that the battery connector is attached firmly and
route the cable along the cable guides.
