Troubleshooting Guide PROBLEMS POSSIBLE REASONS & SOLUTIONS Make sure the pitcher or single serve cup is securely placed on motor base. Make sure the lid is securely on pitcher in the correct position (align arrows). The appliance is unplugged. Plug the unit in, turn the Variable Speed Dial to the desired speed setting and press the Start toggle up to turn “On”. -
