Close the shutoff valve with a flat-head
screwdriver.
* Request repair from your installer or seller.
Flush volume is not appropriate
CAUTION
Use the product with the shutoff valve fully open. If the shutoff valve is
partially closed, the flushing performance may drop and impair hygiene.

Close the shutoff valve with a
flat-head screwdriver.

Remove the spindle guide with a monkey
wrench and then remove the water filter.

Remove clogged dirt from the mesh of the
water filter with a brush, etc.
* If the water volume is still not appropriate, request repair from your installer or
seller.
