4. Undo the cap on the automatic air vent (1).

5. Hinge the electronics box upwards.
6. Select check programme P. 6.

7. Open all of the thermostatic radiator valves and, if re-
quired, the service valves.
8. Open the filling device that is installed on-site.
9. Fill it with water until the required system pressure is
shown on the manometer and/or in the display.

Purging the heating installation

1. Select check programme P. 0.
Check programmes (→ Page 34)
2. Make sure that the filling pressure of the heating install-
ation does not fall below the minimum filling pressure.
– ≥ 0.1 MPa (≥ 1.0 bar)
3. Check whether the filling pressure of the heating install-
ation is at least 0.02 MPa (0.2 bar) above the counter-
pressure of the expansion vessel ("Exp") (P
P + 0.02 MPa (0.2 bar)).

4. If there is still too much air in the heating installation
at the end of check programme P. 0, repeat the check
programme.
7.6 Filling and purging the domestic hot water
system
Applicability: Product with integrated hot water generation
1. Open the cold-water isolation valve on the product and
all the hot water draw-off valves.
2. Fill the domestic hot water system until water escapes.

The domestic hot water system is filled and purged.
3. Check all of the connections and the entire domestic
hot water system for leaks.

The product's combustion has been tested at the factory and
preset for the gas type indicated on the data plate.

Check the information about the gas type indicated on
the data plate and compare this with the gas type avail-
able at the installation site.
Conditions: The product design is not compatible with the local gas
group

Do not start up the product.
▶
For the gas conversion, use a conversion set (with con-
version instructions).
▶
If possible, carry out a gas conversion for the product, as
described in the conversion instructions.

If the gas connection pressure lies outside
the permissible range, this can cause operat-
ing faults in and damage to the product.
