7. Remove the bearing bracket (J) and the stator (K).

CAUTION: Make sure that the windings
in the rotor (L) are not damaged. Make
sure that the seal (M) and O-ring (N) are
not damaged.
To assemble the product
Note: This instruction is a general procedure. The
procedure is slightly different between the products.
1. Clean the bearing with fuel and fill it with the
specified type and quantity of grease. Refer to
Bearing lubrication on page 19 .
2. Push the bearing (A) into the bearing bracket (B)
with a bearing press or a soft head mallet.

3. Put the stator (C) into the bearing bracket. Put the
stator and bearing bracket into the housing.

CAUTION: Make sure that the windings
in the rotor (D) are not damaged. Make
sure that the seal (E) and O-ring (F) are
not damaged.
4. Assemble the bearing cover (G) with the screws (H).

5. Assemble the eccentric weights (I) with the bolt (J)
and the washer (K).

Note: Use the note you made to put the eccentric
weights in the correct positions. Refer to
disassemble the product on page 12 .
