Detecting and translating text
Detect text in an image to share or translate it.
For example, if you want to know what a sign says while travelling abroad, use the Bixby
Vision features. The device will detect the sign's text and translate it into the language you
select.

Point the camera towards the desired image or object and activate Bixby Vision.

Keep business cards or text within the frame in the camera's viewfinder to recognize it.
When text is recognized, the available search icons will appear.

• Save in Contacts: Save the information extracted from the business card as a contact.
• Extract: Detect text and share it with others. You can edit the text before sharing it.
• Translate: Detect text and translate it. Select a target language.
