City Settings
This application provides an
interface for the user to select a
Predefined or Manually added city.
Depending on this user will be able
to see the different prayer times
and the Qiblah Direction for the
city set from this application. This
application has four options:
View: Provides an interface to View
the details of the selected city. The
Red curser on the map shows the
approximate location of the city
from the 0 Longitude & 0 Latitude
which is displayed by Black lines.
Add city: Provides an interface to
enter a city manually with details
like Longitude & Latitude, Time
Zone (GMT difference), Daylight
Saving ON / OFF. If Daylight saving is
ON then it can be set upto a specific
period.
Delete : Select to delete all the
recorded items.
Edit : City Settings can be edited by
selecting any city.
Adjust Hijri Date
In hijri calendar since it is a lunar
calendar there will be variation in
the worldwide time up to 2 days
compared to some places of the
world.
TIP
If Contents for Quran does not
exist in SD card, user can not use
Quran. If SD card gets broken or is
formatted by user, user can copy the
contents for Quran from Master CD
to SD card. If folder path is incorrect,
user can not use Quran.
NOTE: For Quran application 215MB
free space is required.
Create Folder with name
"IslamicApps" in SD card.
Keep the extracted Quran folder on
the following path in the SD card
