the CD or DVD drive eject button (located on the front bezel) to eject the CD or
DVD and retest.

The following steps apply to error codes 3301-xx
through 3305-xx and 66XX-xx:
1 Replace the CD or DVD disk and retest.*
2 Check the jumper settings on the CD or DVD
drive.
3 Check and/or replace the power and signal
cables and retest.
4 Replace the CD or DVD drive and retest.
