program, press "Start" button to start program with default setting

- Set your age, use "Up/ Down" buttons to select and confirm by
pressing "Mode" button�
- Set your HR target value, use "Up/ Down" buttons to select and
confirm by pressing "Mode" button�
Available target range is based on age

Press "Up/ Down" buttons to select: 10:00~99:00
press "Mode" button to confirm�
- Press the "Start" button to start the program�
HR1/ HR2 program operating function�
- Console will monitor actual HR every 10 seconds�
- Speed will increase 0�5 Km/h if HR is under target and maximum
speed limit is not reached yet�
- Incline will increase 1 step if HR is under target and maximum
speed limit is reached already�
- Speed will decrease 0�5 Km/h if HR is over target and minimum
speed limit is not reached yet�
- Incline will decrease 1 step if HR is over target and minimum speed
limit is reached already�
- If no heartrate is detected for more than 30 seconds the speed
will decrease 0�5 Km/h & incline with 1 step each 10 seconds until
lowest limits are reached�
⚠ CAUTION
• Heart rate measurement is required for this function�
Body Fat
The Body Fat program is program to indicate your fiscal state, based
on your body parameters and heart rate�
- Press and hold "MODE" for 3 seconds to open "FAT"(body fat)
programming Mode�
- Press "MODE" button to confirm and open programming Mode�
- "F-1" is shown in Display:
Gender set Mode: 01=Male/ 02=Female
Press "SPEED/ INCLINE" buttons to set gender, press "MODE"
button to confirm�
