Voice dialling
About voice dialling
Your XELIBRI uses state of the art voice recognition,
enabling you to
• dictate a telephone number (your XELIBRI recognises
most accents)
• speak the name of a Phonebook entry you have
previously recorded.
Voice dialling a number
To call a number
From standby, hold down
At the tone, say "Number".
Speak number:
0123 45

At the second tone, dictate the telephone number as you
would to a person. Pause between groups of digits; your
XELIBRI updates the display and shows "Speak number"
when you can continue.
When the number is correct, say "Dial" (or "Dial
number").

Options
To correct a number
To delete the last group of digits, say "Clear" or hold
Click
to delete last digit.
To cancel dialling
Say "Cancel".
Voice dialling from the Phonebook
To save numbers and voice samples in the Phonebook,
see p 14.
To call someone in your Phonebook
Hold down
and at the tone say the name.
Your XELIBRI repeats the entry you have selected,
displays it on screen and makes the call.
