Change Main Burner Valve Orifices
1. Remove the grates and flame tamers.
2. Remove the cotter pin that hold the burner in place
3. Remove the igniters from the burners by removing the
screws shown.
4. Remove the burner from the grill by lifting the burner out.
5. Use a 6 mm socket and wrench or 6 mm nut driver to
remove the brass orifice from the end of the gas valve.
Replace with the Natural gas orifice.
IMPORTANT: Check that the orifice is properly
installed inside of the burner opening.
6. Reinsert the burner and reattach using the cotter pin
previously removed. Repeat the procedure for each main
burner.
7. Reinstall the igniters onto the burners ensuring that they
are 1/8" / 3.2 mm away from each burner.
Change the Sear Burner Orifice
1. Use a screwdriver to remove screw from the ignitor pin.
Remove two screws on the rear of the sear burner.
Lift the sear burner, starting from the back.
2) Use 6 mm socket wrench or 6 mm nut driver to remove
the orifice. Replace with the Natural gas orifice.
IMPORTANT: Check that the orifice is properly installed
inside of the valve.
