Due to the nature of the product, displaying fixed graphics for extended periods may result in afterimages (screen burn-in) or ghosting.

    • If the lower part of the device overheats, it could be because the connected USB cable is damaged. Replace the damaged USB cable with a new Samsung-approved one.

When the S Pen and the S Pen’s charging groove are properly aligned, charging will begin. If the Air action feature is deactivated, the S Pen is only charged while the device is being charged.
