Setting up the system You can mount your new clock radio on a plane and stable surface. The stand of the unit should be located close to a properly connected power socket. In order to ensure a sufficient ventilation, the device must not be operated on soft surfaces (carpets or the like).

2. For FM reception pull out the pigtail antenna from the rear panel of the clock radio and position it so that you have the best possible reception. 3. You can connect the analog stereo output of other devices (e.g. CD players or cassette recorders, 3.5 mm jack) to the AUX input.

BASS If you would like to boost the low frequencies, repeatedly press the BASS button. Press the button again to deactivate this function. Again, the first time you press this button, the current setting will be displayed. Store stations The device has a station memory for 30 stations (20 x FM, 10 x AM) in which you can store your favourite radio stations. Ø Set the first station you would like to store. Ø Press the PROG/MEM button to start storage. The display now shows the number of the next unused station memory space.

Ø Select the desired signal source for the Timer operation with the FUNCTION button. Ø Afterwards set the desired volume for the Timer operation. Ø Now turn the device off to stand-by operation. The display shows "TIMER". Ø The device will automatically turn on for the programmed period of time. You can then use the snooze function to suspend the operation for 10 minutes.
