To set up a Google account on your device

Find and tap Settings > Accounts > Add account > Google.

Follow the on-screen instructions to create a Google account, or sign in if you
already have an account.
Transferring content from your old device
There are several ways to transfer your data from an old device to your new device.
•
Sync data using Google account
•
Copy and transfer data using PC
•
Copy and transfer data using SD card
Synchronizing data using Google account
You can transfer data by synchronizing to your Google account. Your data can be
backed up to Google server from your old phone by Google account. Then, set the
same Google account in your new device. Depending on which contents to backup
and synchronize, there are several ways.
•
Gmail, Calendar, Contacts: Login with the same Google account used in your old
device. Google Sync™ will automatically synchronize your Gmail, Calendar and
Contacts with your Google account.
•
Image (photo), video: Backup your data in old device to Google server using
Google photo. Then, synchronize with your Google account in new device.
•
Apps, setting, call history: Backup automatically using Google drive in your old
device. Then, synchronize with your Google account in new device.
•
Music and other document files: Manually backup your media files from old device
using Google drive. Then, synchronize to your Google account in new device.
