SAFETY INFORMATION
A. Switch off the machine before any work on the electrical circuits.
B. Cool the machine and make the pressures drop before any work on the
hydraulic circuit.

Problems related to the electronic box control keys

If the display shows
,
• Check that the front face is not deformed
• Change the box.

Problems of fuses

The display shows
The fuse is accessible by the top of the appliance after having removed the cup heaters.
The fuse is «good»
Check the fuse holder.
Clean the fuse / fuse holder contact points.
Check the connection of the box: especially do
not reverse the wire of the solenoid valve with
the wire of the pump.

Dosing problems

K.1.3.1 Safety 105 seconds of the coffee unit
The displays shows
This safety device limits the maximum time of infusion to 1 minute and 45 seconds. This makes it possible to stop the infusion
automatically if the volumetric meter no longer works or if the flow rate is too low, in order to protect the pump and the solenoid valve
of the unit.
The infusion time corresponding with the programmed dose is higher than 105 seconds.
The pump is faulty, check:
• The pressure
• The electrical supply:
* wiring
* capacitor
• The mechanical condition of the
motor-pump:
* filter
* coupling

and
this means that the corresponding key is short-circuited and is no longer usable.
When the fuse located behind the electronic box is «cut».
The flow rate through the coffee filter is too low.
A water passage hole is blocked.
Check the water circuit:
• The doser nozzle
• The unit nozzle
• The unit filter
• The unit solenoid valve
• The coffee filters
• The outflow beak
The fuse is «cut»
It is necessary to determine the cause, before
replacing it.
Possible causes:
• Solenoid valve coil of the unit short-circuited
• Coil or RC circuit of the pump short-circuited
• The pump or solenoid valve outputs of the
electronic box are short circuited (internal to the
box)
• Short circuit in the wiring of these components
• Failure of the fuse
• Replace the faulty components
• Replace the fuse
The coffee is ground too
fine:
Increase the grinding grade.
