2.9.1 How do I enable a screen lock that must be unlocked using a
PIN?

Touch Settings > Security > SCREEN SECURITY > Screen lock.
Touch PIN to set it as the screen lock mode. After the PIN is set, you'll have to unlock
the screen whenever you power on or turn on the screen.
