PREWASH function
This course prewashes very dirty laundry for 15 minutes, and drains out the contaminated water before the main wash.

Press the
POWER
button.
 Load the laundry and close the
door.
 Add detergent and fabric softener
and then close the dispenser
drawer.
 Refer to page 10 for the amount
of detergent.
HEAVY WASH
Use this function to wash clothes cleaner than in the NORMAL wash.

Dial the Course Selector
Knob for the desired
course.
 You may change the water temperature,
number of rinse cycles and spin speed
by pressing the buttons accordingly.
 To do a PREWASH, add detergent in the detergent compartment for PREWASH as well as in the
compartment for MAIN WASH.
 The amount of detergent for PREWASH is less than half of the MAIN WASH.

 It displays PREWASH on the LED panel.
 This is selectable only during the COT-
TON/NORMAL, COLD WASH, BABY
CARE, SILENT WASH, and HEAVY
SOIL courses.

 It displays the HEAVY wash on the
LED panel.

START/PAUSE
button.
 Then, it locks the door, supplies
water, and starts washing.
