Quick Start Guide
Step 2: Controls
(EN)
(1) The MAIN METER displays the input level of
the MAIN INPUT connector(s) and the DIRECT
IN connector on the HA6000. When the
HA8000 is powered on, the green ON LED
will light up.
(2) The MASTER LEVEL knob(s) adjust the level
of the MAIN INPUT signal. The HA8000 has
individual knobs called MAIN IN 1 and 2
which control the 2 pairs of MAIN IN jacks.
(3) The DIRECT IN jack (HA6000 only) allows
stereo signals to be connected via
¼" TRS cable.
(4) The PHONES OUT jacks allow headphones
to be connected to each channel for
individual monitoring.
(5) The CHANNEL METER displays the output
level of each individual channel.
(6) The OUTPUT LEVEL knob adjusts the
channel's volume.
(7) The IN 1/IN 2 button (HA8000 only) selects
whether the MAIN IN 1 or 2 signal is sent to
that channel.
(8) Engage the HA8000's MONO button to
convert the channel's signal to mono.
(9) The L/R MONO buttons allow the HA6000's
input signal to be heard in mono.
(10)
The HA6000's BALANCE knob adjusts the
ratio between the MAIN/DIRECT IN signals
and the AUX IN. If nothing is connected
to the channel's AUX IN jack, then the
BALANCE knob controls the stereo balance
of the MAIN signal.
(11)
The BASS knob adjusts the channel's low
frequencies (HA6000 only).
(12)
The TREBLE knob adjusts the channel's high
frequencies (HA6000 only).
(13)
The POWER button turns the unit on and off .
(14)
The MAIN INPUT connectors allow source
audio to be sent to all channels. The HA6000
accepts a single stereo signal via ¼ " or
XLR jacks. The HA8000 has a pair of ¼ "
stereo inputs, and each set has its own
volume control. Note that the MAIN signal is
muted for channels with a cable connected
to the DIRECT IN jack.
(15)
The MAIN OUT connectors (HA6000 only)
send the signal from the MAIN INPUT jacks
directly out via ¼ " or XLR.
(16)
An extra PHONES OUT jack is available on the
rear panel of the HA8000.
(17)
The DIRECT INPUT jacks on the HA8000
accept signals via ¼ " cables. When a
connection is made to this jack, the MAIN
INPUTS are muted in the respective channel.
(18)
The AUX IN jacks on the HA6000 accept
signals via ¼ " cables. The signal can be
mixed with the MAIN IN signal via the
channel's BALANCE knob. If a ¼ " TS cable
is used to connect to the AUX IN jack,
it is recommended to press the channel's
MONO button so that the signal is heard
in both ears.
(19)
The OUT jacks on the HA6000 echo the front
panel PHONES OUT jacks.
