Using your computer for the first time

1. Plug in before turning on for the first time.
2. Press the power button.
Note: Hold until you see the Acer logo.
3. Then follow the onscreen instructions to complete setup.
Important: Do not press the power button repeatedly. Only press it to activate the
device after the current function is completed.

Connecting to the Internet

If using a wireless LAN:
Select the wireless icon in the lower-right corner of the screen and you will see the
available wireless networks.
Select a Wi-Fi network and enter the security key if required.
