Problem
Motor will not start
Low/Surging pressure or no water flow
No chemical injection
A- Tripped GFCI cord
B- Tripped motor relay
C- Insufficient water supply
D- Plugged pump inlet filter
E- Wrong nozzle
F- Plugged nozzle
G- Worn nozzle
H- Leak in pressure hose
I- Wrong nozzle
J- Back pressure from extra-long discharge hose
K- Leak in chemical siphon hose
L- Chemical strainer not submerged
M- Tripped circuit breaker
N- Extension cord too long
O- Debris in flow switch

Troubleshooting

Cause
SOLUTION: A, B, M, N, O
SOLUTION: C, D, E, F, G, H
SOLUTION: I, J, K, L
Reset GFCI cord
Reset motor
See water supply section of this manual
See maintenance section of this manual
Make sure high-pressure nozzle is being used
Remove nozzle, check for blockage
Replace nozzle
Replace pressure hose
Make sure chemical nozzle is being used
Try shorter hose
Replace hose – use hose clamps if necessary
Make sure strainer is completely submerged
Make sure breaker is rated to 120V/15A for 1571101 &
120V/20A for 1571102 only
Make sure breaker is rated to 230V/30A for 1571103 &
1571104 and 230V/50A for 1571105 only
Use extension cord with an appropriate rating for distance
Clean flow switch
