    The ROCKWOOD 1/8” MICRO PENCIL DIE GRINDER is a high-quality precision tool perfect for many ® close-quarter projects. It features a positive 1/8” non-slip collet for quick, convenient and secure ac- cessory changes. A high rpm motor provides smooth operation, and the slim design fits virtually any- where a pencil would.

    Always wear ANSI approved eye protection when operating this tool. HEARING DAMAGE HAZARD! • This Rockwood Pneumatic Tool emits high sound levels while operating. Use ANSI approved ear protection when operating. BURSTING HAZARD! • Do not exceed 90 psi (6.3 bar) of tool inlet pressure. Permanent tool damage and/or explosion could occur and cause personal injury.

  • Page 5 SET-UP • Using a good quality Teflon sealing tape (Not Included), thread the 1/4” MNPT threads of the Inline Oiler into the NPT threads of the Male Quick Disconnect Inlet Fitting and tighten securely (FIG 1). • Once again, apply Teflon sealing tape (not included) onto the male 1/4” NPT threads of the Air Hose fitting then thread it into the Inline Oiler and tighten securely (FIG 1).

    TO INSTALL OR SWITCH ACCESSORIES: • With air supply disconnected, Align the wrench slots of the Micro Grinder Body with the wrench flats of the Shaft. • Slide one of the 9mm Collet Wrenches into the Slots and over the wrench flats of the shaft (FIG 1).
