CAUTION!
Always disconnect the plug before you clean and service the device.
A
NOTICE!
• Never clean the device under running water or in dishwater. Do not
use abrasive cleaning agents or hard objects or scouring pads during
cleaning as these can damage the device.
• Make sure that the air inlet and outlet vents on the device are free of
any dirt, so that heat from the interior can be released and the unit is
not damaged.

Maintenance and cleaning
➤ Clean the shelves with mild detergent.
➤ Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth.
➤ Wash the outside of the device with a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent.
Then wipe it down with clean water and dry the surface with a cloth.
➤ MoBar 550 only: Occasionally clean the water collector inside.
9.2
Winterization, long term storage
Winterization is recommended when the lowest daily ambient temperature is
beneath 0 °C/+32 °F.
1. Switch off the device.
2. Unplug the device from the power supply.
3. Remove all contents.
4. Inspect the device for any cracks and crevices that may have accumulated dirt
and debris.
5. Wipe all interior surfaces with anti-bacterial cleaner. After this, rinse all interior
surfaces with clean water to remove any residual chemicals.
6. Clean the door gasket thoroughly with anti-bacterial cleaner. After this, rinse it
with clean water to remove any residual chemicals.
7. Clean the exterior thoroughly with a cleaner approved for stainless steel (see
chapter "Stainless steel maintenance" on page 29).
Apply a coating of car wax to protect it against spotting from moisture, dirt, and
debris that may accumulate on the surfaces during the winterization period.
