INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Before Using your Appliance • Remove the exterior and interior packing, as well as the protective blue film covering the stainless steel. • Before connecting the appliance to the power source, let it stand upright for approximately 2 hours. -

Electrical Connection This appliance should be properly grounded for your safety. The power cord of this appliance is equipped with a three-prong plug that mates with standard three-prong wall outlets to minimize the possibility of electrical shock. Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord supplied. -

OPERATING YOUR APPLIANCE For best results, is recommended you install the appliance in a place where the ambient temperature is between 72º and 78ºF (23º-26ºC). If the ambient temperature is above or below the recommended temperatures, the performance of the appliance may be affected. For example, placing your appliance in extremely cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate. -

Defrosting This appliance requires no manual defrosting. During the operation of the compressor, ice will build up on the evaporator plate which is at the back of inner cabinet. During the compressor’s off-cycle, the ice will melt, drip down, and collect in a tray above the compressor, where the compressor’s heat evaporates the water. -
