to U505 are OK?
YES
Is the VRIO a 1.8V?
YES
Folder signal is low on
Magnetizing into U100?
YES
The DBB(U101) is broken.
Change the board.

Re-solder the U505

Refer to Power ON
Trouble and R528
Resolder
NO
Replace the U100.
The U100 is broken
