Unchecked Problems
In case that you cannot use the number error or error message to tell which adapter or device is faulty, or whether the device is
installed incorrectly, or why the system is operating improperly, or in case that you suspect short circuits, refer to the following.
To find out the faulty part, proceed as follows.

• Pay special attention to avoid replacement of parts with no defects.
•
For all the devices installed or connected, check if they are supported by the PC>
•
See [Power System Check] to see if the power supply used during malfunction is operating properly.
1 Turn off the PC.
2 Visually check for damages. If there is a problem, replace the faulty parts.
3 Disassemble or remove all the following devices.
• Other company's devices
• Printer, monitor, mouse and other external devices.
• Storage device drive
NOTE
• The memory is needed for system operation, so replace it with a normal one and check for defects.
4 Turn on the PC.
5 Check if the problem is gone.
6 If the problem does not occur again, reconnect each device that was disconnected one by one until you find the faulty part.
7 If the problem persists, replace the following parts one by one and see if the problems is repeated.
8 Pay special attention to avoid replacement of parts with no defects.
• LCD assembly (Check repeating problems by using the external monitor.)
• System board
• MNT or MTV board
