CHECKING AND SETTING METHOD OF DESTINATION CODE
When the MAIN board or IC801 on the MAIN board is replaced, the
destination code checking is necessary.
If the correct destination code is not displayed, it is necessary to set
the destination code.
Note 1: Remote commander is necessary for checking and setting opera-
tion.
1. Checking of Destination Code
After replacing the MAIN board or IC801 on the MAIN board with a
new part, according to procedure below, check the destination code.
Checking procedure:
1. Connect the power cord to the regulated DC power supply, and
turn the power on of this unit.
2. Touch the [OK] on the "Initial Setting" screen, the screen chang-
es to the "For your safety" screen and then the home screen is
displayed.

3. Press the [HOME] button on the main unit.
– Lower side of front panel –
Press the [HOME] button
4. Press the [OFF] button on the remote commander to the state of
source off, enter the destination code checking mode by pressing
the buttons on the remote commander in order of the [4] t [5]
t [6] (press only the [6] button for two seconds).

5. Check the destination code of 6 digits on the screen display is a
value of "00D442".
Note 2: If "00D442" is not displayed or another destination code is dis-
played, proceed to "2. Setting of Destination Code" on page 6.

6. Press the [OFF] button on the remote commander, the unit auto-
matically restarts and return to the "Initial Setting" screen.

7. This completes the destination code checking work.
Note 3: If the correct destination code is not displayed in step 5, refer to "2.
Setting of Destination Code" on page 6 continuously.
