Seat post
If you ignore the minimum insertion depth,
the frame and the seat post can break. This
can cause a crash or an accident.

Please check the parts list for your model to
see which type of seat post it is fitted with.
Adjusting the AERO seat post
Loosen the clamping screws on the saddle
clamp with a hexagonal socket wrench (size
5) to adjust the seat height. Adjust the seat
to the required height and tighten the
clamping screws on the saddle clamp to the
specified torque (see the section
"Recommended tightening torques").
